We’re hiring a Director of video production!
We are a dynamic startup building a streetwear clothing brand. Our goal is to shape the style of a new generation. We’re growing fast, experimenting with formats, and looking for someone who can help us build a strong content department from scratch.
• Organize and coordinate the work of the content team (videographers, models, assistants, editors, retouchers, and in the future — stylists, makeup artists, and hair artists) • Control quality and deadlines of all tasks • Collaborate with the brand founder to define content strategy • Recruit new specialists: search, test assignments, onboarding, and offboarding (dismissal) Pre-production: • Plan and control the budget for shoots • Select references, locations, and prepare clothing items for filming • Test new formats and find ways to increase audience engagement ⸻ Production: • Organize the team on the shooting set • Control availability and readiness of equipment • Evaluate the overall picture and adjust scenes during shooting • Solve critical issues on set ⸻ Post-production: • Select the best photos and videos for processing, supervise editing, review final content, and synchronize publications • Maintain order in content materials and the server structure where they are stored ⸻ It is assumed that there is already a team covering many operational aspects, such as: • organizing models, locations, and equipment • filming content • post-production
We’re looking for a Content Team Lead who will become the bridge between creativity and process, and also take on the role of Video Producer. If you know how to inspire a team, keep everything under control, and can visualize a shot before it’s filmed — you’re the one we need! • Fluent Polish • English — a strong advantage • Organizational skills, creativity, and a structured approach • Interest in the fashion industry and visual storytelling
• Work in a modern startup where your ideas truly influence the brand • Training and mentorship during the onboarding period • The opportunity to build your own team and set up processes “your way” • Spacious office in Krakow (Bronowice, near IKEA) • Flexible, non-bureaucratic atmosphere • Benefits: discounts on brand products, participation in fashion shoots, and opportunities for career growth
