We’re hiring a Lead Marketing / Head of Marketing
We are currently looking for a Marketing Lead who can shape and execute the strategic development of our brand — enhancing awareness and strengthening its position both in the digital space and within the professional fashion community.
• Develop and implement the brand’s marketing strategy: digital, PR, influencer, content, and offline activations. • Manage brand image — define tone of voice, visual language, and positioning. • Oversee creative campaigns and collaborations (fashion, music, art, lifestyle). • Lead the marketing team and external partners: SMM, PR, performance, and production. • Build and grow the community around the brand — work with opinion leaders, ambassadors, and fashion media. • Analyze campaign performance, maintaining the right balance between brand image and conversion. • Participate in go-to-market strategy development for new collections and drops.
• Has 2–5 years of experience in marketing within the fashion / lifestyle / luxury segment. • Is fluent in English. • Understands streetwear culture DNA, knows key media, creators, and trends. • Can build a brand strategy from concept to sales. • Has a strong visual taste and deep understanding of fashion, music, and culture. • Is data-driven but thinks like a creator. • Can inspire a team and take on leadership with confidence.
